Valuing and caring about our staff/family has been a key component in assuring that every guest leaves having had a positive experience at CC Bloom's.
We are proud to introduce Davis
"David" Yimniam, our valued staff of the month, who works in the
engineering department.
Davis Yimniam "David" Engineering Department David comes from Koen Kaen, a small
city 800km north of Bangkok, and is the technical man in the CC
Bloom’s family. He works with another colleague in the engineering department. His main responsibilities are
ensuring that the hotel’s various operating systems (electricity,
water, appliances, etc.) are working smoothly, as well as
doing regular maintenance such as painting and carpentry.
A very
admirable characteristic about David is his sense of respect
for others. In his dealings with other people, he gives
particular attention to going through the proper channels (unlike
in the West, Thailand has various protocols and
practices that are to be used when engaging with different members of society).
Whether he's dealing with his superiors, an older person, members of the
opposite sex, or his peers, David makes a conscious effort
to engage with them in the most appropriate and respectful
manner. His maturity is displayed through his work; he
takes a single-minded approach to his job, rarely
complaining or grumbling about the demanding tasks he has to
perform sometimes.
David can be quite a bit of a
joker and his
unique mannerisms and actions often leave his friends
roaring with laughter. He is a
hardworking, friendly, cheerful and humorous individual who
is always fun to be with. David has most certainly been
instrumental to the well-being of the guests at CC Bloom’s
Hotel, and we
hope he continues to be part of the family for many years. Stay tuned as we continue to review
